You will enjoy a flexible work schedule with 50% of time allocated to the inpatient service line and 50% of time to in-home clinical visits. Requirements:

• Graduate advance degree of an accredited APRN/nurse practitioner program prefer 2 or more years of experience in Palliative Care.
• Connecticut license, Federal DEA, and controlled substance registration or soon eligible
