Accounting (part time)
Rieke Office Interiors, a leading and award-winning Chicagoland design and furniture company located in Elgin (at I-90 and Randall Road), seeks organized and detailed part-time accountant to join its team and support the Company's growth! This position will assist and backup Accounting Manager and be responsible for day-to-day accounting functions. Must have a minimum of 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience performing the functions below.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Performing day-to-day accounting functions including:
- G/L account reconciliations
- Calculating accruals and prepaid balances
- Working with various excel spreadsheets
- Credit card review, reconciliation, and expense coding
- Inventory calculations
- Review and expense coding of employee expense reports
- Calculating sales commissions
SKILLS
- Previous experience in accounting
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools (Accounting software, Excel, Word)
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management skills
- Self-motivated
- Team player
