Working as our Part-Time Administrative Assistant, you will be providing general office support, including filing, light data entry, helping with service phones and scanning, making key tags, and other administrative duties as assigned. The ideal candidate would be detail-orientated, able to multi-task, flexible and motivated to learn!

Part-Time Administrative Assistant Qualifications

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills, very organized and have a strong attention to detail
  • Adaptable and able to multi-task

Preferred but not required – Automotive or dealership experience: knowledge of dealership processes and practices

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be 18 years or older & have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing, THC not included in the screening.
