Looking for a part time Bookkeeper
Part Time Appx 10-25 hours per week, hours will vary by workload and week of the financial period. Pay negotiable depending on experience.
Crystal Wambeke, LLC Bookkeeping is seeking a Bookkeeper to support the team, serve our clients, and grow along with us.

The ideal candidate must be willing to manage a variety of duties, including, but not limited to:
- General Bookkeeping duties,
- Answering and making phone calls to clients and vendors, virtual faxes, responding and creating emails
- Reconciling, journal entries, etc.
- Maintaining client files
- Creating agendas, meetings, and calendar invitations
- Tracking team projects, matrixes, and deadlines
Must have the ability to maintain and develop positive client and team relationships while maintaining confidentiality. Must display sound judgement and reasoning in decision making as well as discretion in all interactions with others. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills and can prioritize and plan activities and use time efficiently.
Qualities, backgrounds, and skills sought include:
- Can-do, happy-to-help personality
- Professional demeanor and image
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Prior bookkeeping experience in a professional setting
- Must be tech savvy and enjoy learning new software programs
- QuickBooks Desktop and Online experience preferred
- Microsoft Office
- Google Drive, Docs, Sheets
- At least 2 years of professional experience preferred, ideally in the administrative or bookkeeping profession.
Special requirements
- Highly organized
- Great attitude
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds,
- Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time as well as navigate stairs
- Will occasionally need outside errands performed, therefore a dependable and insured vehicle, a clean driving history, and a valid driver's license are required
- This position will be mostly remote, with occasional work shifts in the office. Must have adequate space and privacy available during work hours for meetings and productivity requirements.
This position has a home office in Southern Pines NC. This position is mostly remote. No phone calls please.
