Our organization is currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing accounts receivable and payable. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will also have experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Process invoices and payments
  • General ledger knowledge
  • Filing

Pay: DOE
Part-time 20 hrs/week with ability to increase
