Part Time Maintenance Technician 60 Unit Apartment Complex Job at Devon Park Apartments
We are looking for an energetic person to join our maintenance department. If you are retired and or want to work part time, this is the job for you.
Must have basic knowledge in plumbing & electrical. Must be able to perform work orders, turn vacant units, must keep curb side appeal, knowledge in pool testing and able to remove sidewalks of snow.
This is a on call position.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift

- Royal Oak, MI 48073: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
