The Keller Williams Burbank office is looking for YOU!!!
We call this important position our 'Director of First Impressions' as we place a lot of value on the person we hire. As the Director of First Impressions you must display a professional appearance, demonstrate the ability to work as a team, be a self-starter, motivated, customer service centered, and be friendly and personable.
Primary Objectives: Answering and routing phone calls, greeting everyone in a positive manner, receive and sort mail and deliveries, maintain appearance of reception area/all common areas and most importantly, assisting and supporting the management team.
To apply for this position you must agree and fulfill the following terms:
1) Love working with all types of people.
2) Handle stress and pressure with a professional approach and along with a professional appearance.
3) Be technologically and computer savvy. How to properly use the internet, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc. There are multiple programs we use in the Real Estate business, you must be capable to learn and adapt quickly.
4) Minimum lifting up to 20 pounds required.
5) Pay will be discussed in person.
6) Provide a Cover Letter demonstrating why you are the perfect fit for the position.
7) Available shift is Monday - Friday 1:00PM - 5:30PM.
2 years or more of Real Estate office work or marketing experience highly preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
