The Position: We are seeking an individual who is personable and naturally friendly, detail oriented, bright and inquisitive, and an excellent communicator. This position requires flexibility with duties, schedule, and travel within 30 miles.
The Patient Care Coordinator is the first point of contact for Patients. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Greeting patients
-Answering the phones
-Scheduling appointments
-Completing administrative processing
-Record keeping
Qualifications: High School diploma or GED, Associates degree preferred Two (2) years-experience working in a healthcare office preferred Excellent customer service skills Experience with social media

Must be high school graduate. Prefer an Associates degree in administrative, accounting, sales or customer oriented field or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a diverse customer, colleague, and vendor population. This includes listening, sales, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to input and track sales revenues and balance accounts daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Must be able to organize time and prioritize numerous duties within strict deadlines.
- Requires the ability to deal with numerous interruptions.
- Must deal with customers in a caring and respectful manner.
- Must be detailed oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
