The person who is selected for this opportunity will be able to:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Post Insurance payments
- Follow up on outstanding Insurance Claims
- Monthly patient statements
- Maintaining AR within guidelines
- Communicate effectively about dental treatment and handle various patient questions
- Make financial arrangements for patients
- Create and submit claims daily, and ensure receipt
- Monthly review of outstanding patient aging
- Refund Processing
- Follow up and resolve all communication requests
- Understanding of Dental Insurance, claims processing, billing and repeal process
- Dentrix software experience preferred
- Great oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous Dental Front Desk experience is required
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
