Ohio Cannabis Connection is expanding their Patient Support Team and now hiring a full time Patient Support Specialist to work at our West Chester office. The successful candidate is friendly and outgoing and has advanced skills of computer literacy, excellent data entry abilities and healthcare industry experience. The candidate must be punctual and dependable with reliable transportation and be able to work in a fast-paced, busy office setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and provide solutions and/or alternative answers
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Skills
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with EMR system
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High school degree
