As part of the Dataworks team, you will be developing and managing people operations solutions that are transforming the fabric of FedEx. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Execute People Team initiatives, activities and/or programs.
  • Provide insight and perspective with various factors in mind, including but not limited to people’s experiences, business needs and compliance. Proactive, early identification of needs and opportunities for individual and organizational health, growth and development, and sharing candid feedback, creative ideas and solutions
  • Partner closely with and coach leaders through performance concerns, progressive corrective action, conflict resolution, organizational health, employee concerns/issues, etc.
  • Provide insight and perspective on the application and continuous improvement of FedEx Dataworks policies, processes, systems, tools, and procedures, with ability to partner in development and implementation of creative solutions.
  • Be seen as a visible partner who is accessible to all employees through consistent, intentional connection (1:1s, all team meetings, office hours, etc.) and strives to become embedded in the business
  • Thrive in ambiguity and operates with a growth mindset and empathy for others
  • Experience working in a high-tech environment is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability and interest in communicating with employees in virtual/in-person/hybrid settings.
  • Experience with Workday is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and objectivity while balancing business needs and people’s experiences
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate through sensitive situations and challenges including addressing performance issues/concerns Experience in effectively addressing and coaching leaders throughout difficult conversations/conflict in a workplace setting.
  • Exhibit courage to challenge and influence others without authority
  • Support People Team initiatives, programs and projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
For People Business Partner Lead:
  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of related experience
  • Strong organization, planning, critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
  • experience working with diverse populations of people in hybrid, remote and in-person settings

For People Business Partner Level III:
  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of related experience
  • Strong organization, planning, critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with diverse populations of people in hybrid, remote, and in-person settings.

This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include but are not limited to your specific skills, your work location, how many years of experience you have, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
