We are actively searching for an experienced Per Diem Healthcare Recruiter for a dynamic well-established company in the Winter Park area. This position involves a combination of sales, HR, marketing, and great people skills. Anyone with an excellent communication background with a competitive self-starter attitude will be successful at this role. After training and a probationary period the candidate may be able to build their desk with the potential to earn a salary and commission to combine in total of over 70K-100K per year. We are also open to growth within our Company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in integrated business or professional selling program with a knowledge of medical terminology preferred
• Healthcare Recruitment preferred or Recruitment experience of 2 plus years
• Sales background preferred
• 1-3 years working with outlook, excel, and web based communication
• Sports or competitive background a plus
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on relationship building
• Experience with an ATS or CRM
• Excellent organizational skills
• Customer service skills
• Must be a local candidate to Orlando preferably East Orlando in the UCF or
• Winter Park area

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Get familiar with hot jobs/direct client jobs (Daily meetings with AM/Team lead)
• Get familiar with job portals (Last Pass access into FG, AYA, SW, Medical Solutions, Workforce)
• Get familiar with the Nexus candidate database /submit/pending ready list
• Familiarize with hot specialties/marketable specialties
• Familiarize with Bill Rates and weekly pay packages
• Familiarize with the content templates for daily team Sense text blasts
• Familiarize self with Sense blasts
• Respond to Sense blasts & Phone Screen leads and pass to the recruitment manager
• Create profiles for new candidates (work history, collecting BLS/ACLS or other certifications, Covid proof)
• Verifying References (By phone and text

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year
