Position Description/Overview:

Press Ganey currently has an exciting opportunity for a Remote Phone Survey Representative. This role will support Operations.

The Phone Survey Representative will conduct healthcare telephone surveys including reading scripts verbatim, accurately coding responses, and entering and rating verbatim comments. This individual will also assist with other data entry projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Personable, with a good phone presence

• Have the ability to type 35 wpm.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy are a must for these positions.

Minimum Education:

• Minimum of high school diploma required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $24,000 to $36,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
