We have taken our therapy department in-house to better serve our residents, provide the amount of therapy our patients really need, truly make you a part of the facility, and create a unified team. We are looking for California licensed PT and OTR for Full Time and PRN (with consistent hours) to join our team.

This is a facility where you don't hear much about "productivity" or "profit margin", but rather "How is the patient doing", and "Is the patient able to tolerate more treatment minutes?". It is hard to believe there is such facility out there, but Hearts and Hands Post-Acute is one of them.
