We are looking for a Physical Therapist with exceptional communication skills to join our team. The right candidate will be both an expert on patients' conditions and an expert on restorative therapy techniques. Our Physical Therapist is responsible for providing complete medical care to patients in their homes, so we are seeking an individual who can work well with a wide variety of people.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with mobility.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment plan and make adjustments as needed.
- Design and deliver a treatment plan based on each patient's needs and condition.
- Perform hands-on treatments to injured and/or diseased areas of patients' bodies.
- Communicate with other health care providers regarding each patient's condition.
- Communicate with employer, physicians, and insurers regarding each patient's status and return to work status.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
