FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Cumming GA is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist! Our clinic is independently owned and operated, yet part of a vast network of other independent and company-owned clinics. This allows you, as the therapist, to have the benefits of working for a small company but not losing access to the resources of a large one.
FYZICAL believes in not overworking our Physical Therapists, allowing them to maximize individualized care to each patient. The goal is to treat an average of 12 patients per day. We offer competitive pay and a signing bonus!
We are opening more clinics in the area, so any experience level can find their fit here. If you have been practicing for quite a while, you may be the one that takes the lead at our next clinic. If you are less experienced or even a new grad, you can start out by getting dedicated time for mentorship with a residency trained physical therapist that has experience working in many different PT settings, has knowledge of running all parts of our practice, and loves to teach.
Like most PT clinics, the majority of our caseload is orthopedics. We also treat TMJ dysfunction and pelvic floor dysfunction.What sets us apart is our trademarked balance paradigm and treatment of balance dysfunctions. If you don’t have much background in balance or vestibular disorders, don’t worry! Every therapist will go through FYZICAL’s continuing education program in order to ensure top level care for balance and vestibular patients. Our clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art balance equipment including Solo-Step® overhead support systems and BodiTrak balance pad for pressure mapping and performing the CTSIB. Every therapist also has unlimited access to a large internal library of online continuing education.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform new patient evaluations/exams
- Establish a diagnosis of condition or conditions and their impact on activity
- Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date
- Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises
- Measure and track intervention effectiveness
- Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Accredited PT program graduate
- Current state of Georgia PT license
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in an autonomous environment
- Must be passionate about helping patients who have vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk issues
- Must be able to carry out and progress a skilled treatment plan in outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation setting
- Must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Completion of FYZICAL’s Balance Level 1 online curriculum by first week prior to your first day in clinic
