ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF PHYSICAL THERAPY
Blythedale Children’s Hospital has an outstanding full-time opportunity for an Assistant Director of Physical Therapy.
The Assistant Director of Physical Therapy in collaboration with the Director of Physical Therapy effectively assists in organizing, supervising, and coordinating clinical and non-clinical departmental activities. Provides independent professional physical therapy services through evaluation and treatment in support of the child’s total medical care. Conducts education and training of the family and related disciplines. Completes additional responsibilities specific to this position. The Assistant Director must demonstrate current knowledge of industry and professional trends and practices in pediatric physical therapy.
We are seeking a candidate with 5 years of experience in pediatric Physical Therapy which includes some supervisory/management experience and who possess a Master’s degree or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. New York State Licensure is required.
