Physical Therapy Aide- Elk Grove Village Job at Doctors of Physical Therapy
Doctors of Physical Therapy is looking for a Part-Time Physical Therapy technician in our Peterson - Chicago, IL location.
Under the close supervision of a Physical Therapist, technicians are responsible for assisting the therapist with patient care or patient related needs. Light clerical duties required including but not limited to: Scheduling, collecting co-pays, scanning and new patient registration, maintaining overall clinic cleanliness, and preparing treatment areas.
Skills and Specifications:
· Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing
· Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Anatomy
· Positive attitude
· Ability to work with all types of people
· Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented will good organizing skills
· Ability to prioritize important tasks is necessary
· Maintaining pleasant and professional relationships with patients
· Flexible schedule
· Reliable
· Ability to comply with Doctors of Physical Therapy Standards of Operations
Spanish Speaking ability preferred.
