How Will You Make a Difference?

• Project manage and work collaboratively with attorneys to develop client-specific, value-based, competitive, high-quality documents for new business generation and practice growth opportunities
• Lead pitch kick-off and Go/No Go discussions, establish realistic timelines and deadlines to produce near-final materials, ensure brand standards and core firm messages are consistent and kept up to date
• Work with attorneys to assign content contributors and identify potential staff for pitch opportunities
• Liaise across practice groups and with other administrative teams to develop high-quality pitch and proposal documents
• Provide strategic, creative and tactical direction to pitch and proposal coordinator
• Track, analyze and report on pitch results and continually improve methods for tracking and capturing effective pitch content
• Deliver excellence in work product, cross-team collaboration and client service.

What Will You Bring to the Table?

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; marketing, pre-law or business preferred
• 7+ years professional services marketing or business development experience, including pitch and proposal support, required; law firm experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing complex projects and initiatives with multiple stakeholders and objectives required
• Strong writing and editing skills; strong interpersonal communications skills; detail-oriented
