In our time of Company growth, we are seeking an Population Health Data Analyst.

Work Location: Bradenton, FL

As part of this role, you will:

• Designs and executes analyses of daily, weekly, and monthly organizational key performance metric reports for various members of Leadership, utilizing diverse datasets from internal and external sources on a scheduled and/or ad-hoc basis
• Assesses the reliability and validity of outcomes from datasets by identifying issues in the datasets, methodologies and/or other steps/processes in obtaining data for the organization
• Responsive in a timely manner to internal and external stakeholders' requests for reports
• Converts, manages, and maintains the organization's reporting needs in dashboards and/or data warehouses (internal and external) utilizing statistical tools/techniques

What you need to bring to this role:

• Associate degree in health informatics or related field required (Bachelor's preferred)
• 2+ years' experience extracting, collating, and generating reports, required (preferably in a health setting)
• 1+ years' experience analyzing data for trends, patterns, and discrepancies, required (preferably with healthcare data)
• 1+ years' experience using data analysis software (required)
• 1+ years' experience using an electronic health record (EHR) software system, preferred (Athena, NextGen and/or CAREWareW experience a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required, extensive proficiency with Excel
• Proficient in analytical tools/programs such as, but not limited to Power BI, Tableau, SAS, R, and SPSS
• Project management experience beneficial
• Must be comfortable and adept with technology
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively interact with customers in stressful situations
• Must be flexible, resourceful, and able to troubleshoot
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities
• Bilingual(Spanish / English) a plus
