What we are looking for:

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Automotive Accounting Clerk to join our Porsche St. Louis team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:

  • Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information
  • Reconcile factory parts statements
  • Record cost and commission deals
  • Maintain inventory, tax & license, deposit, and wholesale schedules
  • Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions
  • Register out of state vehicles for customers.
  • Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation; issuing stop payments, payments, or adjustments
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Vendor setup/management, per company-defined process
  • Annual 1099 process completion
  • Office supply management

The opportunity is for you if you have:

  • CDK system knowledge preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year or of relevant experience required
  • Experience with cost and commission deals
  • Knowledge of 1099s, statement reconciliation, and sales/used tax
  • Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Positive attitude
  • Self-motivated and diligent
  • A clear focus on delivering work of the highest quality
  • Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and with written documentation
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times
