About the Role: The Post-Production Supervisor is responsible for all agency Post Production, including in-house and external editorial teams and the agency’s collective slate of projects. The Post Supervisor’s oversight and authority ensures each project is executed on-schedule, under-budget, and at the utmost level of creative execution. The Post Supervisor actively maintains and refines all editorial processes, as well as determines the allocation of projects, and establishes project timelines + milestones.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Distribute briefs, footage and project files to the wider editorial team.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors and Producers to proper casting/hiring of editors, colorists or other post vendors.
• Improve + Standardize workflow solutions across different projects and teams.
• Communicate and resolve technical or personnel issues which may arise and impede active projects and deadlines.
• Enforce consistent project organization, archival and QA processes.
• Establish Timelines for Projects/Editorial, including Motion Graphics, VFX, and Animation.

Requirements

• Proficiency with non-linear editing, compositing and animation software (Premiere + After Effects, Resolve, Fusion, Houdini, C4D, Maya, Flame)
• Expertise in proxy workflows and color round-tripping between internal and external agency partners.
• Ability to both collaborate with the broader creative team, and work independently when the projects demand.
• Ability to send and receive physical media with team members and directly with clients.
• Mentor editors, post coordinators and other junior-level creatives
