WHAT DOES THE PROGRAM INCLUDE:

• Nationally Approved Registered Pre-Apprenticeship consisting of 320 Hours of Training
• Training in either Cyber Security or Network Infrastructure Support
• Synchronous virtual instruction applied in a technology-assisted online platform
• Career Counseling and Industry Mentor
• Certification Exam Preparation and Voucher
• Job Placement including retention bonus after 6 months of employment
• Total value of program is over $8000 per person.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Must Reside in City of Elk Grove and Rancho Cordova city limits
• Minimum of high school diploma
• 18+ years old
• Strong foundational computer or IT skills
• Own or have full-time access to a laptop and WiFi
• Some work experience is helpful but not required

Cyber Proud is a Sacramento based nonprofit started to promote workforce development and community focused programs to expand access to technology training. Cyber Proud is a training provider of industry certifications and apprenticeships aligned with high demand technology and cybersecurity careers.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: Up to $1,000.00 per year
