Fresh & Fabulous Catering is a Registered Dietitian owned and operated Medically Tailored Meal provider. We cook, pack and deliver meals to clients throughout Ventura County.
Prep Cook
Prepare meals according to recipes and/or instruction from supervisors. This may include cutting, marinating, sauteing, roasting, charbroiling or steaming or vegetables, meats, grains or starches as needed for the menu. Large volume batch cooking, cooling and storing. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time, bend, lift, push, carry large volumes food items as needed. Help portion and pack meals and bag client meals when needed. Clean work area and pitch in with dishes and end of day clean up as needed.
Commerical or restaurant kitchen experience a must. Full ServSafe certification needed within 2 weeks if not already certifed.
