Summary
Aspire Early Learning Academy is currently seeking a full-time teacher at our Moncks Corner Academy. The qualified candidate will have a love for children, patience, and the desire to make a difference in a child's life. Experience is required.
Duties
The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for the care and supervision of children in an intimate classroom setting, engaging with children, planning and implementing creative lessons, conducting developmental assessments, maintaining classroom management, and working with a productive team.
Requirements
The qualified applicant must have a high school diploma/GED, clean SLED/FBI background, cleared Central Registry background, completed health assessments, and tuberculous test.
Nice To Haves
Optional qualifications to have, but are not required upon hire, would include CPR/First Aid certification (must obtain within 30 days of hire), Early Childhood Education 101, CDA, and/or advanced educational degree in Early Childhood or related field.
