Summary
Learning Ladder is a family operated program in Cottage Grove. We are 5 star rated and reside in a beautiful and spacious setting. We are looking to add 2 Early Childhood teachers to our team. Candidates with experience or an Early Childhood degree are preferred but we are willing to help launch the career for the right person who wants to work with young children. We support the TEACH scholarship program.

Must have some knowledge or experience working with groups of children.
Must be a mature team player.
Must love children and child development.
