Would you like to be part of our team? We are looking to hire enthusiastic and dedicated preschool teachers.

The Little School is a privately owned and family operated academic childcare center serving Bucks County families since 1975. We are licensed under the Department of Education. We pride ourselves in our close-knit family culture with around 65 children and approximately 10 staff members.

Hours: 9am-6pm

Pay rate listed is minimum pay. Rate may be adjusted to fit qualifications and experience

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• 2 years experience with children (2500) or less, if you have enough related college credits.
• Physical and clearances needed to start
• All Clearances (PA Criminal, Child Abuse, FBI, and NSOR) needed to start

Training Required: Mandated reporter training (every 5 years), First Aid (every 2 years), Fire Safety (annually), 12 hours for DHS (annually)

Job description includes, but is not limited to:

• Plan and implement lessons based around a weekly theme, that align with the core curriculum standards.
• Follow the daily schedule assigned for the age level.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom.
• Complete required assessments for the children under your care.
• Work as a team, with the other staff members, to provide an exceptional learning environment for the children and to help maintain our drama-free workplace.
