Turtle & Hughes is seeking a professional in the Pricing Analyst role at our corporate office in Linden, New Jersey. This position will transition to Clark, NJ when our corporate office relocates.

About the Role
The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for analyzing Product Pricing trends, Market Trends, customer behavior, and internal data to recommend pricing strategies for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for driving business growth.
What You'll Do
- Analyze pricing data and market trends to develop pricing strategies that maximize profitability and revenue growth.
- Conduct research and gather data on customer behavior, competitive pricing, and market trends to recommend pricing adjustments and promotions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing and Executive Management, to identify pricing opportunities and risks.
- Create and maintain pricing models and tools that enable effective pricing decisions.
- Monitor pricing performance and recommend changes to pricing strategies to optimize results.
- Assist in the development and implementation of pricing policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into pricing performance and trends.
Who We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field required.
- 2+ years of experience in pricing analysis, preferably in the electrical distribution industry.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with pricing software and tools preferred.
