Work shift (days/times) - M-F (40 hours)
Work Location - Weston, FL (Remote but Onsite preferred)
Shift: 1st Shift.
Summary:
Pricing Deals and Customer Programs:
  • Keep up-to-date on industry and product knowledge; expand knowledge and experience by regular engagement with key stakeholders to understand business processes, policies, strategies, and evolving business trends.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Purchasing, and Finance.
  • Responsible for identifying sales opportunities and presenting customer bid proposals to existing or prospective clients.
  • Ability to prepare customer bid recommendations taking into consideration various pricing factors such as market data, sales trends, inventory levels, seasonality, and product costs.
  • Prepare customer quarterly business reviews; perform analyses to understand deal / strategy effectiveness, customer profitability, price parity, and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Closely monitor the customer and competitor landscape; ability to develop, refine, and implement bid pricing strategies to meet sales goals and initiatives.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets to draw conclusions and drive business decisions.
  • Assist in suggesting and creating operational and performance based KPIs and metrics to support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs



Education/Certification/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree required in related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in an analytical role
  • Strong knowledge of products, customers and multi selling channels is ideal

  • Good problem solving and issue resolution capabilities
  • Fact based, analytical thinker with demonstrated ability to thrive in data-driven, process-oriented environment
  • Inquisitive individual, willing to ask questions, probe, find answers in a complex environment
  • Strong knowledge of products, customers and multi selling channels is ideal
  • Exceptional negotiation, collaboration and influencing skills
  • Ability to use detailed analyses and high-level pattern recognition to drive results
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to think both operationally and strategical
  • Ability to understand and develop solutions in an complex environment with conflicting objectives
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (required)
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Expertise in MS Office products
  • Experience with pricing software applications, tableau
