Raytheon’s Intelligence and Space Business is seeking a Finance Program Control Analyst for the MMS portfolio. Interested candidates will gain experience in program control and earned value and will be responsible for tracking, analyzing and cost controls associated with one or multiple projects. Responsibilities may include the following assignments:

  • Manage program financials including development of time-phased integrated budgets and schedules, Earned Value (EV) data compliance and reporting, cost accounting and ongoing management of cost and schedule integration

  • Budgeting, cost control and variance analysis, internal/external reporting, risk management and financial support

  • Development of quarterly EACs; analysis/assist in accurate projection of Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) data

  • Assist with organization of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and job cost accumulation

  • Assist manpower planning, forecasting and reporting

  • Accounting data extraction and reconciliation

  • Labor and cost transfer submittals

  • Preparation of Work Authorization Documents; creation and maintenance of charge numbers

  • Assist in monitoring costs and manpower ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct end objective

  • Generate program financial artifacts such as EV reports, graphs, and analysis, as required.

  • Develop and present briefing of program financial status to customer

  • Provide PMO and CAMS with internal reports on cost and schedule performance

  • Support to the Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) lead with estimation activities

  • Support supply-chain management in financial controls of subcontracts and material procurement forecasting

  • Perform ad-hoc analysis, data integrity checks, and validations related to program financials

  • Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of Finance experience

  • Excel proficiency (to include Lookup/Index/Sum functions and pivot tables)

  • Strong leadership, mentoring and training skills

  • Ability to manage priorities in order to meet deadlines

  • Possess good oral and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and work quality

  • Knowledge of concepts and techniques related to program controls

  • US Citizenship with active Top Secret Security clearance; current SSBI clearance desired

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with APEX EV; knowledgeable in working with SAP reporting

  • Experience or exposure to performing cost control and analysis functions in a U.S. Government, multi-CLIN contracting environment

  • Candidates with the appropriate experience, but without a current SSBI clearance may be considered

Education:

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree

Location: This position can be a Hybrid position and Preferred location is Aurora CO. However, candidates will be considered at State College, PA, Richardson, TX, and Dulles, VA.

The salary range for this role is $68,000.00 to $140,000.00; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.

Employee Referral Award Eligibility: Only employees currently within RMD and RI&S have the potential to receive a Referral Award for submitting a referral to RMD and RI&S roles. ALL eligibility requirements must be met to receive the Referral Awarding.

The salary range for this role is 75,000 USD - 161,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
