Who we are looking for
We are looking to hire a full-time Software Architect to start immediately. The ideal candidate has an extensive software engineering background combined with strong client relationship skills. They will work with our clients and oversee development teams to ensure the successful delivery of software solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with customer technical leads, client executives, and development teams to kick off, manage and deliver successful implementations of software solutions.
- Create project vision documents, stand up environments, work with development team to get started and put out any fires that arise throughout the project.
- Work across multiple projects as the go-to technical resource.
- Ensure the successful engineering delivery of assigned projects including hands-on work if needed.
- Work with the engineering team to package best practices and lessons learned into thought leadership and published assets.
- Interact with sales, partners, and customer technical stakeholders to manage project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks/issues, and timelines for successful project outcomes.
Some Must Haves:
- Experience building, architecting, designing, and implementing highly distributed global cloud-based systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- 10+ years experience in software development and coding in various languages (Javascript, Java, Python, C# etc...).
- Ability to communicate with clients on a business level and translate their needs into a technical solution (written & oral).
- Excellent knowledge of software design and system architecture.
- High-quality organizational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
- Experience in leading architecture and development for a software product

Other Information
The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it. We work for security-conscious clients; thus, background checks will be required. Salary Dependent upon experience.
