As a Principal Speech-Language Pathologist, your daily work will incorporate a growth mindset and passion in messaging and modeling these core values during all interactions with team members, patients, and families.

Principal SLP Role: As Principal Speech-Language Pathologist, some roles and responsibilities may include:

  • coaching team members to achieve success within clinical specialty
  • guiding clinical team members to navigate complex cases
  • providing in-depth coaching and training to parents and caregivers
  • leading the development of new clinical approaches
  • completing assessments and treatment design/planning/implementation

As Principal Speech Language Pathologist, you will work collaboratively with both TLC Interdisciplinary Team Members, and outside professionals, to include Teachers, Pediatricians, Audiologists, Psychologists. As Principal SLP, it will be important to be insightful, decisive and confident, and possess effective interpersonal, communication and team-building skills across all levels of the organization, to include reporting to C-Suite team members.
