Innovative Home Services (IHS) at Lake Port Square is a private duty home care agency. We are currently seeking extraordinary, compassionate, motivated, and energetic Home Health Aides to join our team. As an IHS Home Health Aide, you will provide hands on patient care, all within our dynamic community.

IHS provides one-on-one private duty supportive care that is personalized to the needs of our residents. These services are offered 7 days per week. With this, we have the ability to offer flexible scheduling, depending on your availability. Working as a HHA, you will enjoy independence and flexibility, all while working with a great team at our Leesburg location!

DUTIES:

• Provide personal care such as: bathing, changing bed linen, assistance with dressing and toileting, etc.
• Planning and preparing nutritious meals
• Assistance with ambulation and exercise
• Meeting the safety needs of clients and using equipment safely and properly
• Reporting the clients condition and significant changes to the assigned care coordinator or supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous home health experience is preferred, but not required
• Has the ability to read, follow written instructions and document appropriately
• Possess and maintain CPR certification
