Position Summary
The Private Events Seasonal Assistant position will support the Mercedes-Benz Stadium private events department by performing daily operational and administrative tasks in order for the department to function at an efficient level when selling and executing private events for MBS.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the daily coordination of private events team needs
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of assigned private events
  • Collaborate with other departments during the preparation and execution of events
  • Operate heavy machinery & maintain inventory for the logistics operations
  • Complete other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Preferred to have worked in event and/or customer service experience related job
  • Dependable and team-oriented with a service attitude
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
  • Ability to learn customer relationship management system + event operations systems
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment as well as working independently
  • Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays
  • Candidate must have a strong work ethic, with the ability to adjust on the fly, and a desire to build a career in professional sports/events
  • Must have a professional demeanor and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must attend all department and client meetings as necessary
  • Supervise support team and provide ongoing training and support as needed
  • Perform additional duties as may be assigned
