Position Summary: The Process Architect position is focused on process development and improvement both inter and intra- departmental. Responsible for having a complete understanding of all processes and the issues within those process to drive continuous improvement. Documentation of the processes and changes to the same are required as they develop and change.
Technology will be leveraged to improve communication, reporting, and measurement of continuous improvement.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Understand the intricacies of departmental processes and relative departmental processes within the organization.
  • Engage with users to understand initial request as well as uncover important details relevant to the continued use and maintenance of company data and software.
  • Analyze process and data using problem-solving and analytical skills to ensure the same correlates with business process use and covers all the business reporting needs.
  • Create clear reporting on requested business metrics including sales, churn, revenue, and customer insight using NetSuite and other reporting tools.
  • Evaluate recurring requests to determine where process and data can be improved upon in mass.
  • Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a continuously challenging environment, be self-directed, proactive, and willing to think beyond the immediate problem.
  • Display keen attention to and pride for accuracy and detail and meticulously ensure integrity in all company data and process.
  • Possess critical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities individually and in a team environment.
  • Process Development/Improvement and Data entry

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills Required:

  • Problem solver with the initiative to think critically to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize data into consumable reporting.
  • Ability to effectively interact with data users, managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience in data profiling and data quality testing.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, with short deadlines, and high customer expectations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, technical writing ability, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Education/Certification Requirements

  • Associates Degree: Business, Computer Science, Technology, Science Skills for

Process Architect

  • Minimum 2 Years Experience in Systems and Process or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
