Forest City Technologies, in Wellington Ohio is a leading diversified manufacturer specializing in converting specialty materials into components. We have an exciting career opportunity available for a Process Specialist
Under the direction of the Process Engineering Manager and within established procedures, provide technical assistance to improve production procedures, processes and/or controls to support manufacturing reliability.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment and observe all safety policies and procedures.
- Set-up, repair and troubleshoot machines and equipment.
- Train new and existing operators relating to FCT systems, equipment operation and safety.
- Provide assistance to the Process Engineers for development and improvement of equipment & processes.
- Ensure parts produced meet all job specifications.
- Assist in all department assignments, as designated by the Operations Manager, Product Administrator, or Quality Engineer
Skills:
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work well with others, at all levels.
- Effective organizational skills with a high consideration to detail and time management to meet deadlines.
- Works well independently and in a group environment.
- Ability to deliver internal training effectively.
- Critical technical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Experience:
- 2 years of hands-on technical/mechanical experience preferred.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
