Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Development Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product development principles and processes, as well as experience in a variety of engineering disciplines. The Product Development Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of new products, as well as the improvement of existing products.

Responsibilities:

• Strong BOM/Router experience for ERP
• Conduct market research and identify new product opportunities
• Develop product specifications and requirements
• Design and prototype new products using a variety of materials
• Test and evaluate product prototypes
• Work with manufacturing engineers to develop production processes
• Ensure that products meet all safety and quality standards
• Work with marketing and sales teams to launch new products
• Develop products for national brands

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (Experience can be a substitute for formal education)
• 3+ years of experience in product development
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and processes
• Experience with CAD and SolidWorks
• Experience with manufacturing processes
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
