This position will be a key member of the professional promotion team which oversees all aspects of professional marketing strategies to help DARZALEX® achieve its short and long-term business objectives in multiple myeloma. Responsibilities include developing and implementing of innovative marketing strategies and resources for oncology field teams and non-personal promotion. A key focus will be ownership of our market development and key opinion leader strategy.

This role works closely with a large, cross-functional team from Brand Marketing, Sales Leadership, US Medical Affairs, Commercial Strategy & Operations, Finance, and Oncology Portfolio marketing to develop professional marketing plans and tactics for the U.S. DARZALEX® business.

The Product Manager will report to the Group Product Director for Professional Promotion and will serve as a core member of the brand team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, own, and implement strategies and non-personal promotional plans supporting health care professionals. Key components will include strategic ownership of market development, KOL engagement, omnichannel execution, agency oversight, and PRC/regulatory review.
• Lead development of key opinion leader promotional strategy creating new suite of assets and building out a go to market approach for personal and non-personal promotion.
• Partner with the multiple myeloma portfolio team to craft market development strategy and create peer to peer content.
• Maximize Darzalex promotional presence at all key conferences and congresses in partnership with our Portfolio organization to deliver strategic objectives and tactical execution on behalf of the Darzalex brand.
• Liaison with Patient Experience and PECS teams to identify opportunities for how HCP team can best support these key stakeholder
• Actively lead and contribute to Professional Promotion Team responsibilities, such as field engagement, training initiatives and customer interaction along with culture-building activities.
• Partner with external agencies, key internal partners and cross functional groups within the organization.

This position is based in Horsham, PA and will required up to 25% domestic travel

Qualifications

Required:

• BA/BS required, MBA preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience required.
• Demonstrated experience in critical marketing competencies, with a track record of delivering results by partnering across functions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills are required.

Preferred:

• Two years of pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• Experience in the oncology sector preferred.
• Experience in marketing or digital innovation preferred.
• Proven experience in the following critical business proficiencies preferred: Market Development, Customer Management, and Marketing Execution
