Position: Product Support Representative Location: Reno, NV

SureClinical is focused on empowering biopharma companies to accelerate the delivery of new treatments and therapies to patients globally. SureClinical is looking for a Product Support Representative to work with our clients on a consultative basis to deliver best in class client services for our Eclinical applications. Product Support Representatives are experts or are trained to become experts in one or more areas of clinical project management, clinical document management, and clinical quality management.

Work Environment

This role is based out of our Reno, NV corporate headquarters. SureClinical is a fast-paced, nimble, pre-IPO company that places a premium on collaboration and teamwork. SureClinical provides a fun and friendly startup environment. SureClinical is based in the beautiful Reno/Tahoe area with plentiful recreation, education, and entertainment activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a focal point for clients for our Eclinical applications

• Gain certifications and expertise in clinical operations software for project management and document management through internal and external training classes

• Onboard and train new clients for SureClinical’s Eclinical software

• Provide client services to automate, streamline and accelerate clinical trial operations

• Serve as an ambassador for SureClinical’s clients to ensure client success

• Occasional help in tasks from different departments

Qualifications and Skills

• Life science or healthcare experience preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Microsoft Office Suite familiarity

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, information technology, a related field or work experience

• At least 2 years general work experience in a related field (preferred but not necessary)

Compensation

Base salary and bonus plan. Company paid training and certification program for clinical software and systems available to selected candidates. SureClinical is on a pre-IPO track and offers stock options to qualified candidates.
