Goodyear Lawton is currently seeking Production Associates. Our production workforce supports the tire manufacturing process in various machine operations. Starting pay ranges from $19.70-22.24/hr with increases at 6 months, 12 months and 18 months.

General Description:

As a Production Associate, you will gain hands-on experience producing high-quality products in one of Goodyear's manufacturing plants. Requirements to become a successful candidate are:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of a background check & drug test.
• Successful completion of pre-employment assessment.
• Job specific physical work capabilities exercises.
• Must be willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds or more on a regular basis.
• Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing and/or industrial experience
• Previous experience as Production Associate in a manufacturing plant
• Additional education and/or certification in manufacturing
• Experience adhering to industry-specific safety standards
