Summary of Position:

Responsible for all production of finished goods - No experience required - We provide Paid, on the job training.

Progression Plan Available with increases within the first year of employment.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality and quantity of assigned product, goods, or processes as specified
• Complete proper paperwork, checklists, and inspection forms as specified
• Inspection of parts using various automatic and manual gages
• Proper completion of production travel tickets
• Able to change inserts and make necessary machine adjustments
• TPM check of fluids and the ability to refill machines when low
• Clean machines and specific work areas
• Compliance with all applicable Company guidelines, rules, regulations, instructions, policies, and procedures
• ·Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Ability to follow written and verbal instruction
• Analytical skills to include applicable record keeping
• Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand for extended periods in a factory environment and possess no restrictions with ergonomics.
