Cennox is currently seeking an independent, highly motivated individual with exceptional leadership skills to serve as Production Manager to our team of technicians. This full-time position offers health, dental and vision insurance and 401k benefits, and the chance to become part of a rapidly growing company.

Position Summary: The Production Manager drives safety, continuous improvement, and optimization of all processes of their team.. Oversees all daily operations of the facility from production and manufacturing while ensuring safety and organizational policies and procedures are followed. Must have strong people skills along with problem solving abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and direct optimum day to day operations while stressing safety. "Safety First"
• Increase production, assets capacity, while minimizing labor and overhead costs and driving quality standards
• Address employees issues and/or grievances
• Keep and maintain SOP's for facility
• Report progress of monthly production schedules and KPI's
• Oversee inventory and safety stock. Work alongside purchasing to monitor inventory levels to ensure continuity of production

Skills Required:

• Familiarity with industry standards, UL, ESBS, Intertek
• Ability to create accountability and lead by example
• Strong team building skills
• Computer literacy Excel, NAV experience is a plus, Power Point
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred
• Continuous improvement training

Education and Experience:

• Previous experience in the field service industry, highly preferred
• 4+ years experience in managing day to day operations of production facility, required
• 1+ year experience quality control metrics
• 1+ year experience familiar with ATM and banking equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent
