The Production Manager is responsible for the coordination of all aspects of production in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate for this position will have a track record of overseeing new product and process development, as well as maintaining compliance with the company's safety standards. Responsibilities:
- Produce a schedule for your department that accounts for the time it will take to complete specific tasks.
- Manage a project from beginning to end by setting goals, making schedules, communicating with team members, and evaluating progress.
- Create a realistic schedule given your department's goals and the resources available to you.
- Communicate effectively with the project manager.
- Take initiative.
- Monitor costs and expenses and make adjustments as necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,695.00 - $78,938.00 per year
