Polyglass USA, Inc. , a premier roofing materials manufacturing company, has an opening for a Production Worker/Process Operator for our Phoenix, AZ Plant. We are looking for motivated individuals – previous experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is preferred.
$22 per hour starting rate, plus $1 shift differential and $1000 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment!
Position Requirements:

• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently to ensure a quality product is produced.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work with others and support a team environment
• Ability to fill out and complete production and safety paperwork
• Ability to work in areas with moderate dust and noise, hot and cold temperatures, and around automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous forklift experience preferred
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
