Responsibilities for this position include:
- Ensure compliance with Company RSM/QCM. Must be aware of ISO/AS9100 quality requirements.
- Create detailed production schedules for a specific product line.
- Ensure bill of material (BOM) items are ordered and monitored to ensure on-time delivery.
- Prioritize orders based on customer due date requirements and process capacity.
- Analyze, monitor product line capacity and make recommendations on expansion/efficiency to ensure adequate capacity to support workload.
- Provide timely feedback to customer service delivery dates changes.
- Work with the supervisors on production goals daily
- Attend daily production meeting listing requirements for all shifts.
- Monitor/report on WIP status.
- Estimate ship & production quantities by product type each month, monitor and report on progress.
- Material Expedite as needed and OSP (outside processing) Management.
- Maintain and promote 'One Chromalloy' Core Values.
- Maintain and promote 5S standards in the work area.
- Adhere to and promote Company health, safety, and environmental policies while performing job duties.
- Adhere to and promote Corporate Code of Ethics Standards.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years planning & scheduling experience along with a minimum of 7 years working in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical, computer and Microsoft Office skills.
- Familiarity with system usage history (MRP's/ERP's)
- APICS Certification is preferred, or the willingness to obtain within the first year of employment.
- Ability to complete/resolve complex tasks with little supervision.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention for detail.
