- Promote teamwork to your direct reports, encouraging positivity and ensuring all team members thrive in their individual roles
- Manage your employees’ day-to-day performance and development opportunities
- Resolve employee issues as they occur, administering fair and consistent feedback and/or action items for improvement
- Facilitate a positive culture amongst your team, resulting in decreased turnover
- Conduct performance reviews and provide actionable feedback
- Collaborate with your Assistant Supervisor to maintain a work environment that promotes success and goal achievement
- Take ownership of cross-training, line balancing, and problem solving within your department to meet goals
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders
- Mentor your Assistant Supervisor and provide them with opportunities for increased responsibility and career growth
- Maintain necessary paperwork and documentation
- Meet and maintain safety measures
- Meet and maintain quality measures, investigating any quality concerns to determine the root cause and preventing any quality issues from leaving the facility
You’re a good fit if you have
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior supervisory experience (preferred) or leadership experience
- A strong ability to multitask, problem solve, and prioritize daily responsibilities
- The ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and coach others
- The ability to understand department and company goals and metrics then establish a plan to execute and meet those goals
Pick a shift that works best for you!
- Weekend Shift: work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 am until 6:00 pm. In addition to enjoying 4 days off each week, you’ll also earn a 20% shift differential!
- Evening Shift: work Monday through Thursday with potential OT on Friday from 3:30 pm until 1:30 am, you'll also earn a 10% shift differential!
- Day Shift: work Monday through Thursday with Potential OT on Friday from 5:30 am until 3:30 pm.
