Our Mauser Packaging Solutions Retention program is a way for us to show you our appreciation for the talents and expertise you bring to our company.
As a Production Worker at our St Louis location, you will support our plant by providing help with daily operations, changeovers and outbound shipments. Your primary job will be to help as we recondition products for both external and internal use and work with your teammates in changeovers.
Our plant is located in St Louis just south of Manchester Avenue: Mauser St Louis

As our machine operator, your duties will include:
- Operate all manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely
- Feeding raw materials into machines, operating machines
- Will train for operating a forklift and other industry equipment as needed
- Loading and unloading from production line and trucks
- Production tasks related to Reconditing and Recycling environment
- Safely operate machine to properly produce product and follow proper procedures for packaging to external customers
- Remove or shift materials and/or finished products to facilitate proper flow
- Demonstrates ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within required time
- Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space
- Responsible for safety and quality throughout production
- Operating Washline, Rebottle line or final inspection line
- Clean equipment and area before, during, and after shift
- Maintain clean work area through good housekeeping practices
- Follow proper sorting and restacking instruction given by quality department
- Examining final products for imperfections, and ensuring the work environment is clean and safe by complying with OH&S requirements.
- Assist in changeovers when called up by supervisor or front end operators
- Working conditions can be very hot/and or very cold
Job Requirements
To be successful, you will need:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- The ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions
- Basic math skills
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to be on feet up to 8-12 hours per shift
- Use of hands and fingers to perform job function
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend and climb
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs
