Supervises 20 inmates in a Retread Tire plant with 10 employees (2 managers) and 80 inmates at Avon Park Correctional Institution. Requires 1-2 years experience in a retread tire operation or similar plant operation. Must receive Level II approval (background check) from the Florida Department of Corrections. Monday through Friday; no weekends; 8 hour days. Excellent benefits; 401k match of 6%.
