Production Worker $18.00-$21.00 Plus $2,600 Hiring Bonus and $250 when you work weekends!
Monday-Thursday, Overtime available on Friday and Saturday.
Day shift: Monday - Friday, 6am-4:30pm
Night Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:25pm - 2:55am
A well-established facility that specializes in the manufacturing of hydraulic cylinders in Spirit Lake, IA is looking for Production workers. No experience needed! Positions offer various types of work from Assembly to CNC Machining. We are looking for motivated individuals that understand the responsibility of working smartly to create a safe working environment. Production workers are eligible for a $2,600 hiring bonus! Responsibilities:
- Work as a team to manufacture quality hydraulic cylinders.
- Read blueprints to ensure parts are in compliance.
- May setup and operate a CNC lathe, CNC mill, and robot welder equipment.
- Willing to train!
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
- Frequent standing.
- Must be able to work in fast-paced environment.
Pay & Benefits:
- Starting Pay: $17.50-$20.50/hr
- Paid Every Friday!
