EPS US, LLC’s Pittsburgh, PA, office seeks a Professional Services Consultant. This is a fully remote position and the employee can work from anywhere in the United States. Duties include: (i) implementation, solution design, analysis, documentation, and development as well as diagnosing and resolving software, operating system, network, database, and other issues, at client site and via phone, email and Internet; (ii) configure, develop and deliver Consulting Services around the use of eProductivity Software ERP/MIS for Print Industry– EPS Pace, PrintFlow, Market Direct StoreFront, Pace Scheduling, PrintStream, Auto-Count, Plant Manager, Metrix, Process Shipper, Fiery, Fiery XF, JDF, 3rd Party Pres-press Integration - Kodak Prinergy, Heidelberg Prinect, Agfa Apogee; and (iii) onsite customer end-user training for CRM, RFQ, estimating, production, materials, scheduling, inventory, outsourcing, sales order, shipping, data collection, costing, invoicing, reporting modules and End to End workflow.

This is a fully remote position, and the employee can work from anywhere in the United States.

Must have a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Computer Science or a related field plus four (4) years of experience in a related position.

Must also have any experience with or knowledge of: (i) Print Enterprise Resource Planning / Management Information Systems; (ii) computer operating systems and relational databases; (iii) database servers and Client/Server architecture; (iv) custom development of web based software solutions within the printing industry; and (v) identifying customer pain points through research and collaboration with customers as well as providing solution through products for resolution.

Must be able and willing to travel domestically to various unanticipated employer and client locations to provide technical support up to 75%.

Experience can be concurrent.

This is a fully remote position, and the employee can work from anywhere in the United States.
